Their clients include payments businesses, leading high-street banks, global capital markets firms, growing digital banking providers, and traditional building societies.

Their work is hugely varied, from digital strategy, innovation and transformation, to operating model design, to operational excellence and organisational transformation, to executing risk-focussed and regulatory change.

The role:

This role is an opportunity to take a leading role in a rapidly growing capability – you would be in charge of Financial Crime projects across the FS practice.

Candidates will have had experience leading the scoping and delivery of financial crime initiatives in some of:

  • Investment banks

  • FinTechs
  • Payments businesses
  • Insurance
  • Wealth/Asset Managers

My client has specific interested in candidates with fraud and/or sanctions transformation experience.

The role will cover these key areas:

  • Support internal initiatives – like bids and proposals, client management, learning and development, and DEI programmes.

The logistics:

Regretfully, due to a high volume of applicants, we are only able to reply to those who are successful.
