We are currently sourcing for a Business Analyst to work Hybrid at our Merrimack, NH facility.The RoleDo you like to uncover issues and help make processes better? As the Business Analyst, and a member of our team, you will partner across multiple Financial Crimes Compliance teams to document requirements, build and test user acceptance cases and make recommendations to improve processes.The Expertise and Skills You Bring 6 plus years’ experience with business analysis related activities with a focus on process improvement and user acceptance testing Exposure to any of the following: Financial Crimes Compliance, Sanctions, Corruption, Operational Risk, Cybersecurity and/or Fraud a plus Solid track record of ensuring accurate user acceptance test case writing and testing Demonstrated ability to perform complex problem resolution and root cause analysis Ability to make process and internal control recommendations to increase risk mitigation effectiveness and efficiency Ability to work in fast paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines Experience with Agile and Scrum a plus Outstanding organizational skills related to balancing multiple tasks Effective communication skills including written presentations and facilitation of cross-functional meetings Careful attention to detail Comfort with complexity and ambiguity, and ability to adapt and learn quickly Ability to work with teams and build productive, collaborative relationships through constructive dialogue and “tells it like it is”The Team We partner with the Corporate Technology Group to drive the multi-year technology strategy which delivers automation, increased capabilities, and scale while mitigating risk.Dynamic Working
