Role & Responsibilities:
* Real time screening of transactions – releasing funds, blocking accounts
* Emailing 3rd party financial institutions with details of accounts
* Identifying any transactions that do not meet required criteria
* Escalating to other business units if required
* Reporting to management across all areas of responsibility
* Ad-hoc investigations carried out as directed by management
* Data entry

* Maintain a high standard and auditable account of work
* Ability to use basic Excel, Word and outlook
* Able to work at pace with accuracy
* Good interpersonal skills
* Internal and external stakeholders experience
* Diligence to ensure tasks are followed through to completion
* Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information
* Flexible and adaptable
Additional working information:
* Based in Swindon, UK. Hybrid working with 2 days per week office based
* Shift pattern is made up of 37.5 hours per week including weekends and Bank Holidays.
* Each shift is 8.5 hours in accordance with a shift plan determined by your line manager.
* These shifts will operate between 09:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday
