The post as Forensic Accountant is for those who are at finalist level with ACCA or ACA, or a qualified Audit Senior level, looking to make your first move from an accountancy practice.
Working in a team of three, with two of the industry’s most prominent professionals as your mentors, you will role will be stimulating and varied, with the opportunity to be involved in all stages of research, investigation, report writing and preparing documentation to support the Partner on cases to court.
You will benefit from full training on business valuation methodology and expert witness, as well as other on the job coaching.
To apply it is imperative that that you have either completed your professional studies (ACA, ACCA, ICAS) or at finalist level and have trained in Audit in a UK accountancy practice. Due to the nature of this role your analytical, communication, and observation skills as an auditor will be invaluable.
You will enjoy an extremely diverse job as no two cases are ever the same, and your ability to write reports in a concise and logical manner will be utilised. Some experience of financial modelling and / or advance Excel skills would be an advantage.
