Our client has an urgent vacancy for an International Trade Compliance Officer in the Import Logistics Department based in Denham, near Uxbridge.
A fixed term contract for three months, this is a role which is immediately available and based on site.
Areas of responsibility:
Reviewing and Logging Import Entries from scanned copies.
Tracking original Export through an ERP System using Import information available.
Tracking subsequent (if applicable) Export of the imported item through an ERP system.
From import data effectively time line Original Export, subsequent Import and final Export.
Produce and Analyse Import Data for Senior Management.
Person Specification:
Thorough experience in an Import / Customs role
Methodical with good attention to detail
Motivated | organised | practical
Team Player
Good communicator
Ability to work on their own without constant supervision
SAP Experience preferable
Good all-round computer skills in particular Excel
