You’ll be joining a brand-new dynamic customer service team with long-term opportunities to grow within the role and the bank. Your New Role: Your new role will be a predominantly phone-based position, leveraging off your fantastic customer service skills to make outbound calls to customers regarding their account information. Your key responsibilities will include: Making outbound calls to customers regarding account documentation/applications, verifying the information and ensuring all is current and complete Keep up to date with all relevant regulatory and policy changes to ensure fantastic customer experience Auditing customer documents and providing advice to meet customer needs and provide support for service issues Ensure all activity and associated administration is consistent with bank regulations (including AML etc). What You’ll Need to Succeed: Previous banking, KYC or risk, contact centre experience is highly desirable for this role Contact centre (especially in a regulated industry) or those with outbound call experience Open to all other customer service experience, we encourage everyone with fantastic communication and a passion to get into banking to apply The ability to work in a full-time role, 38 hours a week Monday – Friday. Hours will either be 0800-1700 or some roles may be a rotating roster between 0800-2000 Comfortable in an outbound contact centre environment that is heavily regulated with the importance of customer verifications What You’ll Get in Return Ongoing contract for one of the biggest banks in Australia $33.34ph super Comprehensive training that will see you turn into a KYC specialist.
