LVI are seeking a Licensed Forensic Structural Engineer to join an exciting specialist forensic engineering firm, working on complex residential and commercial structures. This job offers the chance to work fully remote.
This candidate MUST be PE Licensed in Florida.
This candidate can be located anywhere in Florida.
Requirements for the role:
Bachelors Degree in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering (or related)
5+ Years Structural Engineering / Forensic Experience
PE Licensed in the state of Florida
Experience working with a multitude of building types
Experience working on existing construction
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform forensic investigations on existing buildings, such as cause and origin, roof investigations, and hurricane damage investigations on a wide range of residential and commercial building types + report write on findings
Willingness to be client-facing
Willingness and ability to travel to job sites
