The Opportunity
The Financial Crime Product Manager role at Railsr is to drive the vision for our Financial Crime tooling across all of our Product suite and deliver on this vision with a dedicated team of engineers. Experience of working within Financial Crime payments and onboarding space within a Bank or Payments company is essential for this role.
You will work closely with our Head of Product to fully understand the Product Roadmap & align the Financial Crime Product Vision and dependencies with the wider product set. Working closely with our Chief Risk Officer to ensure full alignment with the FCA and European regulatory requirements you will be responsible for shaping our regulatory product.
Your Profile
You have a successful track record of solving complex problems, which require the input of multiple, cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience in a regulated environment, with an understanding of regulatory requirements and duties in regards to Banking, Payments, and Credit Cards.
You can create structure in an uncertain environment – plan without having all the details, prioritise and actively manage risks, and deliver working increments.
You have proven you can effectively communicate with various experts and bridge communication gaps across domains (sales, tech, compliance etc) and geographies
You learn very quickly and have a self-starter mentality to pick up new subjects
You have a pro-active, get things done attitude under-pressure; but also, you are able to balance urgent short-term and important long-term results, while dealing with numerous initiatives.
Skills & Experience
5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within a regulated environment with a focus on delivering innovative, compliant products.
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements surrounding Fintech and banking that may influence your product definition and solution.
Have worked in truly agile environments and deeply understand agile product management practices (product discovery, roadmapping, data analysis, etc).
Have understanding of modern technologies and development practices; have a good track record working directly with engineering teams.
Have experience with localisation of global products.
Have lead a Go-To-Market product delivery.
