£40,000 salary with up to a £4,000 bonus paid annually
Registered Service Manager Overview:
On behalf of a supportive, caring and passionate provider, Cureyoursearch are currently recruiting for a Registered Service Manager to oversee a small residential service for adults with learning disabilities and a forensic background.
My client is happy to consider strong service managers / deputy managers stepping up into the role too as all training will be provided.
The ideal candidate for this role must have some experience with forensic care.
The Registered Service Manager Candidate:
● Ideally have a degree, social care qualification or wanting to work towards
● 5+ years of experience in a social care setting
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Commitment to social care and making a difference in the lives of others
The Registered Service Manager Package:
● Salary up to £40,000 and 10% bonus

The Registered Service Manager Interview Process:
The interview process for this role will be two stage.
Stage one – Informal meeting to discuss the role.
Stage two – Formal interview at the service.
