These services include transaction-specific diligence, which can encompass financial crime, reputation and performance, ESG factors, and cyber risks associated with an investment target and its management; sector- or country-specific political and policy considerations; and broader risk management services to our client’s portfolio companies and assets.

The successful candidate would join an established business intelligence and due diligence team, with over 50 team members in 10 cities across the EMEA region. The team is growing due to the diversification of our client base by both the type or organisation and their geographical location. This role will play a leading role in our growth in the UK.
