  • יכולת הבנה תהליכי עבודה ומערכות מידע
  • אנגלית ברמה גבוהה
  • ראייה מערכתית ויכולת עיבוד וניתוח תהליכים מורכבים
  • שירותי, אסרטיבי ונמרץ
  • כושר ביטוי בעל פה ובכתב ברמה גבוהה
  • נכונות לעבודה שעות נוספות במידת הצורך
