Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Developer with expertise in Conga, Salesforce, and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions that optimize our Salesforce CPQ platform to meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce CPQ platform.
Design and develop custom solutions, configurations, and integrations using Conga Composer, Conga Contracts, Conga CPQ, and other related Salesforce technologies.
Lead the implementation and customization of Salesforce CPQ functionalities, including pricing rules, product configurations, quote templates, and approval processes.
Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ data models, workflows, validation rules, and custom objects to support business processes and data integrity.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and support staff, sharing best practices and promoting knowledge sharing within the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT, to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Salesforce CPQ ecosystem.
Stay informed about new features, updates, and best practices in Salesforce CPQ and related technologies, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge to drive innovation and excellence.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Salesforce CPQ.

Experience

Proficiency in Conga Composer, Conga Contracts, Conga CPQ, and other Conga solutions.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security model.
Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other Salesforce development technologies.
Solid understanding of CPQ processes, including pricing, quoting, product bundling, discounting, and contract management.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
