We collaborate with our clients to deliver strategic solutions tailored to their unique legal and business requirements – ranging from forensic data acquisition and analysis to building custom solutions and workflows. With keen focus on the productivity and defensibility of data management, clients rely on our depth of experience and expertise in internal investigations, large-scale litigation, global data protection compliance, data discovery and remediation, backup remediation, data breach response, and more.

What You Will Do

This role is anticipated to include a rotational aspect through different aspects of our Technology team – including Digital Forensics, eDiscovery and Information Governance. As such, we anticipate successful candidates to show the ability to adapt to changing situations and have a desire to learn multiple skillsets. Due to this, we do not expect all candidates to meet all of the requirements below. As part of the London based team, you will be cross trained in a wide range of skills and technologies and will assist on all phases of projects. In particular:

  • Support assessments, and work with diverse client stakeholders across technical, legal, and functional domains and help to identify and document potential technical and regulatory data protection and information security related control gaps
  • Develop technology blueprints, target operating models, data mapping, policy, procedure, and guidance documents
  • Leverage file analysis and structured data archiving tools to help perform data assessments and remediation across diverse data sets (e.g. structured, cloud, etc.) as required to assist with compliance programmes
  • Research and develop custom solutions as required on a case by case basis
  • Be customer-service-oriented to meet client deadlines, including working out of business hours when necessary
  • Travel as required to ensure effective management of case activities

How You Will Grow

Successful candidates will experience a broad range of clients, industries, technologies, business problems, bespoke solutions and working environments. Throughout the role, you will have opportunities to manage sections of projects, develop custom solutions and build client relationships.

You will work with your Performance Coach on a development and training plan to ensure experience across the information management lifecycle to support you in gaining exposure and working towards obtaining industry-recognised qualifications. There will also be opportunities for internal projects where you will be developing the workflows, solutions or teams of tomorrow. You may also have the opportunity to travel as part of projects or secondments, most commonly to our clients’ offices in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

In addition to a structured career path and positive team environment, our employees enjoy a variety of perks and benefits.
