Job Title: CJU Crime and Archive Support Clerk – HC617476


Location: Alchorne Place, Portsmouth


Salary: Scale 3, £23,121 – £24,462 per annum (£11,248 – £11,900 pro rata)


Hours: 18 hours per week over two and a half days


Contract: Permanent


Closing Date: Sunday 14th July 2024 at 23.59 hours


Interviews will be held on 25th July 2024


Are you an organised person who enjoys working in an environment where you need to pay close attention to detail and are able to work either on your own or as part of a team?


We are looking for someone to join our small team working in Portsmouth where we process a variety of documents and evidence that has been used across HIOWC in pursuit of criminal justice. The role will involve answering the phone, logging information on to our computer system before evidence is sent to be stored and helping with criminal injuries compensation claims amongst other functions..

Essential Qualifications

Educated to QCF Level 2 in English OR work experience deemed to have brought the post holder to a comparable level.


Essential Experience

Experience in a busy office environment involving data entry tasks. Experience in handling information, both manual and computerised.
