If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Client Intake Team as a Conflicts and AML Specialist.As our Conflicts and AML Specialist you will:Review new client and matter forms to ensure correct details are provided.Act as an escalation point, supporting the team with complex Customer Due Diligence / Know Your Client procedures.Undertake ongoing Anti-Money Laundering Sanctions and monitor high-risk clients.Advise and make recommendations on issues related to commercial and regulatory conflicts of interest for clearance in line with the firm’s Conflict Polices; and,Advise the Client Support Team, fee earners and partners on best practice in relation to client matter opening procedures.Our Client Intake Team are considered an essential part of the delivery of exceptional service, which Burges Salmon is so well known for.
