LVI are seeking an experienced Forensic, Valuation and Litigation Director to lead a team of consultants. You will be responsible for managing complex litigation engagements involving the valuation of businesses, securities, and other assets, as well as providing forensic accounting services in cases involving fraud, embezzlement, or other financial crimes.Key Responsibilities:Overseeing all aspects of forensic litigation valuation engagements, including project management, quality control, and client communication.Developing and implementing strategies to address complex valuation issues and financial fraud investigations.Leading a team of consultants in the preparation of expert reports, presentations, and testimony for legal proceedings.Providing expert witness testimony in court and other legal proceedings.Building and maintaining relationships with clients and legal counsel.Participating in business development activities to expand the firm’s forensic practice.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.CCA, CFA, or other relevant professional designation required.Minimum of 10 years of experience in forensic accounting or litigation support, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and legal counsel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
