What you’lldo

Joining a specialist AMLteam, you’ll be working together to deliver the most successfuloutcomes for the business and our customers. You’ll respond tocustomer queries and process, authorise and investigatetransactions, while accurately collecting all the informationneeded to do this on time and to a highstandard.

As you continue todevelop in your role, you’ll support with process training andknowledge sharing across your team, working together towardssuccess.

Day-to-day, you’llbe:

  • Accuratelyinvestigating your queries, in order to complete your cases,raising with relevant parties, and escalating whereneeded
  • Making sure processing is performedaccurately and within an agreed turn-aroundtime
  • Participating in initiatives that helpimprove our customer service, processes andprocedures
  • Reviewing processing errors andcustomer complaints to help identify trends and trainingneeds

The skillsyou’ll need

You’ll alreadyhave knowledge and experience of working with AML processes andprocedures, alongside an awareness of up to date trends, policiesand regulations. You’ll also be able to work accurately, todeadlines and with high levels of attention todetail.

We’ll also be lookingfor you todemonstrate:

  • Anunderstanding of the financial services industry and ourcustomers
  • Previous experience managing CustomerDue Diligence and AML cases for both personal and corporateclients, further to trigger events
  • Knowledge ofour products, processes and bankingsystems
  • Good written and spoken communicationskills
  • Good time management and personalorganisational skills to manage multiple ongoing cases and clientqueries
