ABOUT THE TEAM
Being a much-loved brand means putting customers first and designing every process around them, while remaining attractive to the sellers in our ecosystem.
The Customer & Seller Experience Team analyzes the needs of customers and suppliers, and offers solutions to increase their satisfaction and loyalty. They also design end-to-end customer experience journey for existing and new business models, and strive every day to help Trendyol to become a loved brand by knowing team processes inside out!
We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Researching and analyzing live customer transactions for possible cases of fraud
  • Analyzing fraud patterns and order trends, and making recommendations on how to adjust fraud filters to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identifies problems and issues by performing relevant research using the appropriate tools and by following established procedures
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service and quality
  • Preparing fraud management reports
  • Updating of fraud and chargeback procedures
  • Updating the fraud prevention rules
  • Benchmarking between 3rd party fraud tools
  • QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree from universities
  • Alternative payment systems experience (sofort, klarna, PayPal etc.)
  • Process Development Experience  is a plus
  • min. 2 years of experience in risk management, fraud investigation, chargeback representation, law enforcement or business operation
  • Customer and solution-oriented
  • Experienced in process development and improvement issues
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Turkish

    We embrace a hybrid working model that seamlessly blends the best of both worlds—remote productivity and the collaborative energy of our vibrant offices. Every month, we gather at our offices once to work side by side, fostering in person communication and embracing the camaraderie that fuels our team spirit.     Each division has a pre-set optional office day each week. Based on our preferences, we come together at our offices at our discretion as an opportunity to feel more team spirit, immerse in our culture, and familiarize ourselves with our way of workings.
    We offer the opportunity for a two-month full remote work program, allowing you to work from abroad, during the summer period (July to August).
