Hiring Range: $35.97 – $41.70/Hourly

New to the City of Grand Junction Team?  Receive 40 Hours Paid Time Off upon hire!  
 This is a SWORN position that will work a 2080 schedule.

About the Position:

The City of Grand Junction Fire Department is seeking a Fire Investigator/Inspector.  A successful candidate will perform a variety of technical inspections related to existing structures and buildings to enforce the International Fire Code and other related codes and standards. This candidate will also assist in providing fire prevention programs to the general public, conduct fire investigations, and perform a variety of tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility.
