US Government, Guardianship Compliance Office
The Guardianship Compliance Office works to protect Nevada’s most vulnerable citizens. The office is available to review guardianship cases to identify reporting deficiencies by the guardian, review annual reports and accountings, and report findings to the District Court.
Under general direction of the Program Manager, the Guardianship Compliance Technician performs general office and limited field duties in support of the investigation and auditing activities of the State Guardianship Compliance Office within the Administrative Office of the Courts. This position works with the Financial Forensic Specialists and Investigators in requesting, reviewing, and organizing records, filing reports, and scheduling. This position will assist with development of analytical spreadsheets for auditing, scheduling interviews, and assisting in the completion of investigations and audits, filing reports with district courts, and creating and mailing correspondence for staff.
After an initial training period, there may be an opportunity for a hybrid remote/in-office schedule.
