The MDT Coordinator is responsible for reviewing, coordinating and assessing Statewide Intake Reports of child abuse cases for the purpose of assessing cases in need of services (forensic interviews, medical, therapy, joint investigations and case review) in line with The Children’s Assessment Center / Multidisciplinary Team Working Protocols.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive/conduct a preliminary review of Statewide Intake Reports daily.

Coordinate services among partner agencies and department staff.

Review, assess, and research Statewide Intake Reports related to case staffing with CPS, Law Enforcement and MDT case review.

Make determination related to Intake Report alignment with CAC / MDT Working Protocol.

Facilitate dialogue with CPS and LE related to cases identified in need of services.

Establish/maintain open communication and healthy relationships with all partner agency representatives and CAC staff.

MDT case review meeting facilitation and MDT conflict resolution.

Maintain reports for purpose of tracking Statewide Intake Report activity and outcomes.

Other duties as assigned.
